Where suspension or closure results from circumstances other than a material breach of these Terms, jetto786 will return the verified PKR balance to the account holder via the last-used withdrawal method following identity verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetto786 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetto786 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jetto786 platform — including but not limited to loss of PKR funds resulting from reliance on game outcomes, technical downtime, or third-party payment provider delays.

jetto786's total aggregate liability to any individual Pakistani account holder for claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the PKR amount deposited by that account holder in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

jetto786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jetto786 will provide notice to registered Pakistani account holders via the mobile number or email address on file no less than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jetto786 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where an amendment materially reduces your rights under these Terms, you have the right to close your jetto786 account before the effective date of the change. Closing your account before the effective date constitutes rejection of the amended Terms. Your PKR balance at the time of closure will be returned in full via your nominated withdrawal method.
